In the month of April, city is witnessing intense heat as the temperature reaches 44.1 degree
Amravati has never been faced a high temperature
touching 44.1 degree on Tuesday, which has been recorded so far the highest in past 15 years. According to the India
Meteorological Department, today’s temperature is noted as 42 degree in the
region. Temperature rising in the month of April is a big threat for the coming
months.
Last year in the month of April, the average temperature
was counted 32 degree, where the minimum was 29 degree and the maximum was 40
degree, it never touched above 40 degree.
The construction
of big buildings and flyovers in the Amravati, are one of the biggest
reasons of rising temperature, trees count has been fallen in the last one year. Heatwaves have been increased which affects every individual in the region.
